In the liquid cooling system of AI servers, the manifold is a critical component. It directs the coolant from the main circulation to various cooling modules, such as cold plates and immersion slots, ensuring each heat-generating component receives adequate cooling flow. By dynamically allocating cooling resources, it reduces pump energy consumption and enhances the overall PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
