EU market: CE

American market: FCC, UL

Canadian market: CSA, IC

Australian market: SAA, C-Tick

Japanese market: PSE

South Korean market: KC

China market: CCC

CE certification is a mandatory certification to enter the EU market, heaters need to pass the CE certification to be sold in the EU market.

The standards involved in CE certification include safety standards EN60335-1, EN60335-2-30, as well as electromagnetic compatibility standards EN55014-1, EN55014-2, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3, etc.

The heater needs to meet the requirements of electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects in these standards.

Although UL certification is not mandatory certification, it is highly recognized in the North American market and is the safety certification of American safety laboratories.

If you want to obtain higher recognition in the U. S. market, you can consider UL certification, especially for mobile wall type or ceiling type indoor electric heaters, there is a special UL1278 standard.

PSE certification For electrical products such as heaters, if belonging to the specific electrical supplies category, need diamond PSE certification; if not in the specific electrical supplies category, circular PSE certification can be performed.

Diamond PSE certification has strict requirements on the safety, electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects of the product.
