Rail transit EMC test standard EN 55015

EN50155:2017 Standard test item requirements:

1. safety test: voltage resistance test and insulation resistance test, divided into hot and humid insulation resistance and pressure and insulation resistance and pressure at room temperature.

2. emc test: electrostatic discharge, conduction harassment, radiation harassment test, radio frequency electromagnetic field, surge test, conduction immunity test, radiation immunity, pulse group test.

(Mandatory requirements)

3. performance test: power supply overvoltage, voltage change, power off test power supply fluctuation test, technical specifications requirements, etc.

(Mandatory requirements)

4. environmental adaptability test: high temperature test, low temperature test, alternating humidity test, mechanical impact test, long life vibration, functional vibration.

(Mandatory requirements)

5. Other items: IP protection grade, enhanced screening, low-temperature storage test, salt spray test, rapid temperature change, etc. (optional)

EN50155 Routine test content: appearance inspection, performance test, low temperature test, high temperature test, power supply fluctuation, power off test, insulation resistance and insulation withstand voltage, impact vibration test and so on.

In general, the type test report reflects whether the standard requirements are met. The 1-4 type items are the required items, and the fifth item can be selected according to the actual needs of the product or the customer.
