Introduction of test methods and test process of sound box MTBF

The main consideration in the MTBF calculation is the inefficiency of each component in the product.

However, because the inefficiency of the devices will be very different under different environments and different use conditions, these factors must be considered when calculating the reliability indicators.

These factors can hardly be calculated manually, but with the help of software such as MTBFcal and its huge parameter library, you can easily get MTBF values.

During the use of the sound box, in different use environment (some installed outdoors, some carry, some on the ship, etc.), will be affected by different environments (some by wind and rain, some by vibration and fall, some by salt spray, etc.); in order to confirm that the product can work normally in these environments, the national standard and line standard require the product to simulate some test items in the environmental method.

Specifically, the MTBF test is the average working time between two adjacent failures, also known as the average failure interval.

It is the only one intended for serviceable products.

The ratio of the cumulative working time to the number of failures in the total use phase is also set as MTBF.
