The Role of the REACH Certification:

 a. Provide high protection of human health and the environment from the use of chemicals.

b.The persons (manufacturers and importers) who bring the chemicals to the market are responsible for, understand, and manage the risks associated with their use.

c. allows the free trade of matter in the EU markets.

d. Strengthen the innovation and competitiveness of the EU chemical industry.

e. Promote the use of alternative methods to assess the hazardous properties of substances, such as quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) and reading.

f. Scope and waivers.



REACH is suitable for substances produced or imported into the EU in one ton or more and, generally, to all individual chemicals themselves, preparations or articles (if the substance is released under normal and reasonably foreseeable use of articles).
