Salt spray test
Salt spray test is a commonly used environmental simulation accelerated corrosion test method, which is mainly used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal materials and their coatings, coatings, paints and other surface treatment processes.
This test accelerates the corrosion process on the material surface by simulating the corrosion conditions in the Marine environment or industrial atmosphere, in order to assess the corrosion resistance of the material in a short period of time.
Main test items: salt spray test (neutral, acetic acid, copper accelerated acetic acid), cyclic corrosion test, condensate water, water mist, etc.
