 Test procedures and methods

1. Preparation: Select the appropriate plug and pull force test equipment and fixtures, and adjust the equipment parameters according to the test requirements.

Conduct visual inspection of the connector to ensure it is free from damage or contamination.

2. Install the connector: according to the product specification or standard requirements, correctly install the connector to the test equipment, to ensure the accurate alignment between the plug and the socket.

3. Set the test parameters: according to the test requirements, set the size, frequency and number of insertion and pulling force parameters.

4. Test: start the test, insert and pull the operation according to the set parameters, and record the insertion and pull force value of each times.

5. Data analysis: According to the test results, conduct data analysis and processing, calculate the average insertion and pulling force value, the maximum insertion and pulling force value, the change trend of the insertion and pulling force, etc.

6. Result evaluation: According to the test results and product requirements, evaluate whether the plug and pull performance of the connector meets the requirements, and give corresponding evaluation and suggestions.
