How to use the tension test Tensile Testing machine

 Tensile Testing Machines is a kind of instrument used for measuring the geometric parameters of materials (metal, plastic, fiber, etc.) and static dynamic mechanical characteristics under tensile load.

Tensile testing machines through the opening of the sample across (to determine the size and shape according to the standards or specifications), with the tensile strain stress into meaningful numerical results, in order to accurately judge and analyze the tensile properties of various materials.

The use steps are as follows:
Preparation: fix the material sample to be tested on the test machine, and adjust the fixture and sensor of the test machine.
Set test parameters: set mode, speed, range for testing.
Start the test: Start the test, the test machine will apply force to the material, and record the test data.
End test: After the test, stop the operation of the test machine and save or print the test data.
Data analysis: Data analysis and report generation are conducted through the software of the test machine to analyze and evaluate the test results.
Cleaning and maintenance: clean the tester and fixtures, and conduct regular maintenance and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the test machine and the accuracy of the test results.
