FCC certification requires the submission list and requirements are as follows

 1) FCC Application form: the application company name, address, operator information, product name and model, use standards and other information are required to be accurate;

2) FCC Authorization letter: it shall be signed and sealed by the applicant company and scanned into electronic files;

3) FCC Confidential letter: Confidential letter is an agreement signed between the application company and the CCB organization for the confidentiality of product data, which shall be signed and sealed by the applicant of the application company and scanned into electronic files;

4) Box diagram: all crystal vibration, and crystal vibration frequency need to be drawn, and keep consistent with the circuit diagram;

5) Circuit diagram: it must be consistent with the crystal vibration frequency, number and position of the crystal vibration in the block diagram;

6) Line description: the requirement is in English, and the function realization principle of the product is described clearly;

7) Operating manual: FCC Statement is required;

8) Label and label location: the label should have FCC ID number and Statement, and the location of the label is significant;

9) Appearance photos of the product: the picture should be clear, and remarks should be added if necessary;

10) Test report: the test is required to be completed, and the product is fully evaluated according to the standard terms.
