CE certification standards for household appliances:
CE certification for home appliances generally contains two aspects. One is the electromagnetic compatibility command (EMC), and the other is the low voltage command (LVD). The standard for home appliance EMC is EN55014-1, EN55014-2, and the standard for home appliance LVD is EN60335-1.

MEC testing items for home appliances including: space radiation, conducted interference, magnetic field radiation, power radiation, voltage flicker, harmonics, electrostatic discharge, radiation interference, electrical fast transient bursts, surge/light strikes, voltage drops/interruptions.


LVD test items including: power, temperature rise, overload, leakage current, high and low temperature, needle flame test, stability test, ball pressure test, grounding resistance test, power line relay test, glow wire test, motor stall test, etc.
