1. INTRODUCTION TO CCC CERTIFICATION

CCC certification is 3C certification.3 c authentication of all known as the “mandatory product certification system”, it is governments to protect consumers’ personal safety and national security, enhance product quality management, in accordance with the laws and regulations to implement a product conformity assessment system.The so-called 3 c certification, is China compulsory product certification system, English name ChinaCompulsoryCertification, English abbreviation CCC.

2. WHY 3C CERTIFICATION?

For China’s WTO accession to the WTO commitments, to meet the needs of the development of China’s market economy, establish technical assessment mechanism in line with international standards, China according to the four common principles to establish the system of China compulsory product certification (CCC).
CCC is the original import and export goods safety and quality licensing system (CCIB), mandatory safety certification supervision system (Great Wall), network access license system, sales, licensing system, industrial products production permit system to replace in whole or in part.

4. INFORMATION ON THE PREPARATION OF CCC CERTIFICATION

It is important to note that the 3 c mark is not a quality mark, but only one of the most basic security certification, some of its index represents the safety of the product quality qualified, but does not mean that the use of the product performance is also good, so when buying goods in addition to want to see it is there the 3 c logo, other indicators are also important.
List of CCC certifications
1.Documentation for initial application or related information changes
Application for compulsory product certification;
The photocopy of the applicant’s business license of enterprise legal person or registration certificate (provided by the first application or change);
Organization chart of the production plant (provided during initial application or change);
Application for certification process flow chart (for initial application or change);
Routine inspection of key instruments (see the quality control inspection requirements for the implementation of the rule factory) list (provided during initial application or change);
Product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram;
Application for certification of Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
Application for certification of Chinese language instruction;
The difference between each model product in the same application unit;
Photos of each type of product in the same application unit (two copies);
Other relevant information required to be provided (if there is a CB test report).

3.Application for certification of Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
