Battery IEC62133 test report
The battery IEC62133 test report for batteries with battery products is conducted in accordance with the IEC62133 standard established by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to assess the safety and electrical performance of batteries under normal use and abuse conditions.
Test purpose
Safety performance assessment: to ensure that the battery does not cause harm to people and the environment during use.
Electrical performance test: to verify whether the electrical performance of the battery meets the relevant standards and user requirements.
Durability and reliability assessment: to determine the battery life and stability.
IEC62133 test process
Prepare samples: select a certain number of battery samples, and conduct pretreatment, such as charging, discharging, etc., to make them in a testable state.
Initial electrical performance test: Conduct the initial electrical performance test of the sample, including the detection of open-circuit voltage, charge and discharge performance and other indicators.
Safety performance test: according to the standard requirements, the sample for overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit and other safety performance test.
Environmental adaptability test: the sample is placed under different environmental conditions for testing, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, etc.
Durability and reliability test: Conduct the durability and reliability test of charge and discharge cycles, vibration and impact.
Data processing and analysis: process and analyze the test data, calculate the average value, standard deviation and other statistical data of each index, and evaluate its performance.
Prepare a report: Prepare a report according to the test data and analysis results, including the test items, test methods, sample quantity, test data, etc., and evaluate and recommend their performance.
