UL4200A Certification test

 UL4200A Certification test is a series of strict tests for the safety performance of button batteries to ensure that the battery remains safe and stable under normal working conditions and abnormal conditions.

Test items:

Physical performance test: including size and appearance inspection, material composition analysis, structural strength test, etc.

Electrical performance test: such as capacity test, internal resistance test, overcharge and overdischarge protection test, etc.

3. On-site audit: the certification body sends professional auditors to audit the production site of the manufacturer to ensure that the production process and quality control of the products meet the certification requirements.

4. Test: The certification body conducts various safety performance tests on the products to ensure that the products meet the UL4200A certification standards.

5. Certification: If the product passes the test, the certification body will issue a UL4200A certification certificate, allowing the product to be sold and used on the market.
