High temperature test methods

 High temperature test is a test method that simulates a high temperature environment designed to assess the performance, stability and reliability of a product or material under high temperature conditions.

Its test methods vary according to the test purpose and sample characteristics, but the basic procedures includes:

Prepare the samples to be tested to ensure that they meet the test requirements.

Set detailed test parameters, such as temperature range, heating rate, insulation time, etc.

Preheat the test equipment to ensure that the equipment is in a stable state.

Install the sample correctly in the high temperature test box to ensure that the sample can withstand the extreme high temperature during the test.

Keep the set high temperature for a period of time to simulate the heat exposure in the actual use environment.

Record the sample performance change and any abnormal phenomenon at high temperature.

After completing the predetermined high-temperature exposure time, gradually reduce the temperature and end the test.

The samples underwent appearance inspection and performance test to evaluate the change and degree of injury after high temperature.

Analyze the test data and prepare the test report.
