Where the salt spray test was conducted

 Salt spray test is carried out in the salt spray test box, is generally used to test the corrosion resistance of metal or corrosion resistance of metal surface electroplating, can be through corrosive salt solution spray to corrosion test, but also can be conducted by corrosive gas test, according to the specific use environment to adopt different ways of corrosion.

When doing the salt spray test, there is basically a set of test standards and test rating judgment.

The corrosion condition of salt spray test is mainly determined by four methods, rating method, weighing method, corrosion appearance determination method and corrosion data statistical analysis method.

Corrosion data statistical analysis method provides the method of designing corrosion test, analysis of corrosion data and determination of the confidence of corrosion data. It is mainly used for the analysis and statistics of corrosion, rather than specifically for the quality determination of a specific product.
