Cold and hot shock test chamber

 Cold and hot shock test chamber, also known as high and low temperature shock test chamber or temperature shock test machine, is a kind of test equipment specially used for testing electrical, electronic products, original devices and their materials in the environment of storage, transportation, use in the temperature of the adaptability of the test equipment.

Its main function is to test the ability of the samples to tolerate temperature changes by conducting rapid cooling and heating in a predetermined temperature range.

The working principle of the cold and hot shock test chamber is mainly based on the physical laws of heat conduction and heat exchange.

By controlling high temperature and low temperature, the airflow circulation system is used to realize rapid temperature change.

In the high temperature area, the temperature is increased by the heating element (such as heating resistance or heating wire), while in the low temperature area, the temperature is reduced to the desired low temperature value by the refrigerator or refrigerant.

During the test, the product is placed in the working area, and the flow direction of hot air or cold air is quickly switched through the sample handling system, so that the product quickly experiences temperature changes.
