Why cooling leafless fans exported to the UK need to apply for UKCA instead of CE:

 It is well known that Britain has left the EU.

From January 1,2021, products requiring CE identification in the EU market and UKCA identification and manufacturer conformity statement when entering the UK market.

UKCA mark, like CE mark, the manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets the standards stipulated by the decree and making self-declaration in accordance with the prescribed procedures, before making the corresponding mark on the product.

Why cooling leafless fans exported to the UK need UKCA:

The UKCA certification indicates that the product has met the safety requirements of the UK Directive; it is a corporate commitment to the consumer that increases their trust in the product.

After handling UKCA, it can not be investigated by market supervision agencies, not be detained by the customs, and not be reported by peers.

Note: UKCA is not suitable for products entering Northern Ireland. The UKCA logo can not be used in the Northern Ireland market alone. Additional CE logo is required!
