FCC-ID certification necessity:

 According to the relevant part of the United States Federal Communications Regulations (Part CFR 47), all electronic products entering the United States (mainly for the working frequency of 9 KHz-3000GHz) need to undergo electromagnetic compatibility certification (FCC certification), so FCC certification is mandatory in the United States.

IC is short for Industry Canada, a government agency that is responsible for the certification of electronic products entering the Canadian market.Its products are generally divided into: broadcast television equipment, information technology equipment, radio equipment, telecommunications equipment, engineering medical equipment, etc. Like the FCC in the u.s., IC currently only restricts electromagnetic interference.
