EMC test

Electromagnetic compatibility EMC test refers to EMI and EMS of electronic products in terms of electromagnetic field. It is one of the most important indicators of product quality. The measurement of electromagnetic compatibility is composed of test site and test instruments.

EMC test environment

1. An open outdoor space

2. Screening room

3. Wave dark room

EMC compatibility test equipment

1. The electromagnetic interference measurement equipment

2. Electromagnetic sensitivity measurement equipment

EMC test method

1. Conduction and transmission test

2. Radiation emission test

3. Conduction sensitivity (immunity) test

4. Radiation sensitivity (immunity) test

EMC EMC test preparation

1. Test site conditions: EMC test laboratory is a radio wave semi-dark room and shielding room.

The former is used for radiation emission and radiation sensitivity tests, while the latter is used for conduction emission and conduction sensitivity tests.

2. Environmental level requirements: the conduction and radiation of the electromagnetic environmental level is best far below the limit value specified in the standard, generally make the environmental level is at least lower than the limit value of 6dB.

3. Test table.

4. Isolation of the measuring equipment and the equipment under test.

5. Sensitivity discrimination criteria: generally provided by the tested party, and honest monitoring and discrimination, to determine the degree of performance reduction in the way of measurement and observation.

6. Place of the equipment under test: In order to ensure the repeatability of the experiment, there are usually specific provisions on the placement mode of the equipment under test.
