Drop testing

 The market is now filled with a wide variety of products, but their quality varies greatly. Drop testing is a crucial step in assessing product quality.  Many manufacturers may not realize that this test is essential. It simulates the potential drop scenarios a product might encounter in real-world use, allowing for early detection of issues, preventing after-sales disputes, and enhancing product competitiveness.


Conducting a reliability drop test is not difficult. First, the manufacturer must clarify whether their product standards are based on national, industry, or company standards.  Different standards have varying levels of strictness and focus.  Next, choose a reputable and qualified testing institution. They will develop a detailed test plan based on your product and standards, including parameters such as drop height, frequency, and angle.  During the testing process, the manufacturer can also be involved to monitor the product's performance.
